Samsung Intensity II comes to Verizon Wireless

Many had already anticipated this phone to be really close for a launch and it is finally here. Verizon Wireless has officially announced the Samsung Intensity II. The device looks like a brilliant text phone and with some decent specifications, it may attract quite a decent amount of consumers.

Samsung Intensity II Specifications:

  • Full Horizontal QWERTY slide-out Keyboard
  • External Numeric Keypad
  • 1.3-megapixel infra red camera with night vision
  • 2.2-inch QVGA screen (240×320 pixels)
  • microSD card slot (support for up to 32GB)
  • Bluetooth

Other that this it will also include lifestyle features like Mobile IM, Mobile Chat, Mobile eMail and Mobile Web. It has a built-in music player and NZ Navigator® which will help users with turn-by-turn direction for various points of interest. It will also include a Media Center which will allow users to download games, ringtones, wallpapers, etc.

The Samsung Intensity II is now available online through Verizon Wireless for $49.99 on contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate.
