Along with many other titles in queue, EA has now confirmed Dragon Age 2 as a real thing. Apparently, there are no details about the game available yet, but the game was mentioned in a recent press release.
Currently announced projects at BioWare include the development of ongoing downloadable content for Mass Effect 2, one of the highest rated video games of all time, Dragon Age 2, the highly anticipated sequel to 2009’s “RPG of the Year” Dragon Age: Origins, and the story-driven massively multiplayer online game, Star Wars: The Old Republic.
Earlier we have also heard EA mention that a new Dragon Age title you release in the publisher’s fourth quarter, which apparently is the first three months of 2011. At the moment the title is name as “Dragon Age Title TBA” and it was listed for a release on PC, console and also handhelds.
Speculations suggest that the game may show up on 1st February 2011 and more updates on the game may be available at EA’s gamescom press conference which will take place on the 14th of August.
