  1. I’m still on the fence about picking this up on one of the new consoles. I loved the game on the 360/PS3, but I’m not sure why the new disc for the One/PS4 needs to cost $60 at launch. I’m guessing it will get cheaper quickly.

    1. It’s a lot more game than it was on PS3/360. I’ve pre-ordered, and shortly after I get done moshing at the Demon Hunter concert in Chicago on August 8th, I’ll be playing a demon hunter on PS4 — or maybe I’ll roll crusader and my wife can be the demon hunter. We’ll see!

      1. Yeah but do you think it’s worth the extra $20 to play on the Xbox One/PS4? I don’t get the huge price increase on those platforms.

        Regardless, enjoy your concert 🙂

          1. True, but it’s $40 for the full game and the reaper expansion on the 360 and PS3, right?

    2. I definitely want to get it but I might wait for some type of sale and how they support it with post-patches

      1. EXACTLY. The $60 price tag on the PS4/Xbox One and Blizzard’s comments about patching scare me a bit. I loved vanilla Diablo 3 on the consoles and would probably pay for that experience again with what sounds like a great expansion pack, but I’d like to know if I’m going to get PvP patched in at some point on the consoles. We’ll see.
