Additionally, iPhone 5’s processor is also paired with 1GB of DDR3 RAM. These hardware parts make iPhone 5S highly popular to this day.
On the other hand, we have the LG-made Nexus 5. Even though LG is the manufacturer behind Nexus 5, Google has decided to go with one of Qualcomm’s highly impressive quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipsets. The processor clocks at 2.3GHz Krait 400 and it is paired with an Adreno 330 graphics processing unit alongside 2GB of RAM.

Considering the fact that both smartphones have been launched in 2013, they are quite impressive. Although Google’s smartphone is a tad more powerful than iPhone 5S. With that big said, we have to give it to Nexus 5 because it sports a faster processor and a larger amount of RAM.
