LG announces new L40, L70 and L90 smartphones at MWC 2014

More news from LG from MWC 2014 and this includes three new smartphone from the company which are a part of its L-series line-up. These new smartphones include the L40, L70 and L90, all are Android based smartphones with metallic colors and a narrow bezels.

First up is the most capable of all the LG L90 which sports a 4.7-inch qHD resolution display and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor along with 1GB of RAM. It further includes 8GB of built-in storage capacity, has an 8 megapixel rear camera and a secondary front facing 1.3 megapixel camera.

Next is the LG L70 which has a 4.5-inch WVGA resolution display and is also powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor along with 1GB of RAM. However, it includes 4GB of built-in storage capacity which can be further expanded using a microSD card. The device has an 8/5 megapixel camera (depends on the market) and a secondary front facing VGA quality camera.

Finally, the most affordable amongst the trio is the LG L40 which has a 3.5-inch HVGA resolution display and is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core processor along with 512MB of RAM. It also includes 4GB of built-in storage capacity and has a 3 megapixel rear camera.

All the three smartphones will support 3G connectivity and we are uncertain whether specific markets will receive dual-SIM capable variants. All will come pre-loaded with Android 4.4 Kit Kat and once more details are out we will update you on the same.
