LG unveils G2 Mini at MWC 2014

So LG has showcased a new smartphone at MWC 2014 and this device is a mini version of their current flagship – the LG G2. The device is simply called the LG G2 Mini and packs some decent hardware.

The LG G2 mini features a 4.7-inch qHD resolution display and it will be available in four different colors – Titan Black, Lunar White, Red and Gold.

The smartphone will be powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor along with 1GB of RAM. It has 8GB of built-in storage capacity and includes expandable storage via a microSD card. It houses a 2,440 mAh battery and is expected to arrive in markets starting next month.

The LG G2 Mini further includes an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera for video calls and daily selfie challenges on Instagram.

The device will come pre-loaded with Android 4.4 Kit Kat which will be further skinned with LG’s own customized user interface.
